comments.  I will let you know when I hear back.

You realize that Alex is such an expert and has been in the compiler
and tools organization (under various names) for over 20 years.

I had actually forwarded the message to another member of Alex's team yesterday before Alex's post last night. I didn't look carefully enough at the email address today to realize the post came from Alex.
