The future of /usr/sfw is governed more by the case Bart wrote last

The recent case to update Python has the old version staying in /usr/sfw
for compatibility and the new version being added in /usr/bin, since there
were incompatible changes between the two versions, so there will be at least
some stuff there for a while.

I should be moving the X libraries to /usr/X11/lib in the future, but will
probably leave symlinks for old binaries to use.
