Doing that in an efficient, accurate, and sustainable manner will likely require the introduction of new tools, which will need to be done in cooperation with the tools community.
Personally I think that gardening is very consolidation specific at this time so I would expect that the gardeners mail list be aligned with the ON community but would work closely with the tools community as well.
