I've uploaded the wsck tool, and its Perl module OnGate dependency.
There is a README enclosed which hopefully explains it:
wsck is a workspace check tool used by CRT advocates, as a way to check
workspaces before accepting RTIs.
It might be useful for some additional checks (alanbur has pointed out that
its packaging checks are a good candidate for reuse) we can bring into
the one canonical-putback-check we will use for all
gates/developers/advocates.
