I added a preferences dialog for gpyfm so you don't have to manually
edit .fmrc files.
Additionally made tab spaces and tab stops configurable.

It also shows the new default colors for hilights. Of course that dialog
pops up additional dialogs if you change font or save, but you'll just
have to try the patch if you want to see those.
