Hello, I'd like to contribute a software package to OpenSolaris but couldn't find a described procedure how to do this.
I'm proposing to include the Unicode text editor mined (http://towo.net/mined/) which I've been developing for years first on Solaris, then on Linux. It provides extensive Unicode editing support in text mode (command line mode).
