Right - I've already had to move a couple of bugs from there during the
triaging of incoming 2008.11 release candidate bugs the past few days.
(Those I can understand a bit more than the ones I had to rescue from
 under the community -> governance categories.)

We have similar problems with bugs.opensolaris.org too - plenty of bugs
there come in as "opensolaris/website", since that's what they find under
"opensolaris" or as "xserver", since that's where they hit the end of the
list and give up searching for the right category.
