I have tentatively rescheduled the upgrade for next Wednesday, Aug 5th.
I plan on upgrading to Bugster 3.4 instead and will use the extra time
for some testing. I'll send an email to this list and the announce list
to give everyone at least 24 hours that defect will be down once I have
an exact time.
