I'm fixing 6861019 BFU needs to be updated for the OpenSSL move out of /usr/sfw
I'd like for BFU to (along with old libraries) remove old man pages from /usr/sfw - it seems like the right thing to do. I don't see any other cases of BFU removing man pages and there are about 1000 man pages each of which will need to be individually removed.
