Okay, you should be set up. I've created a "kde4-admin" group, with you as the only member, which can modify the kde4 product. You'll need to add at least one component before you can do anything else, but you should have full freedom to modify the component as you see fit. You can also add other users to the kde4-admin group to help you.
You'll probably want watcher accounts for your components (which you'll assign as your default QA, so that people can follow to see bugs as they are created and modified), and you'll need to come back here for that.
