Before I went on PTO, I landed https://github.com/zbraniecki/langpack-builder/pull/5 which separates optimized JSON files on the per HTML file basis. This follows the work in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1066347 by Zibi.
However, bug 1066347 only landed on master, so we find ourselves in a tricky situation: langpacks for 2.2 end up having a different structure than langpacks for master. Zibi, do you have a preference about how to mitigate this? Should we maintain two branches of the langpack builder, or introduce a switch in the CLI which controls the output?
