[tools-linking] unrecognized option

hi all,

I am building the /usr/src/cmd/sgs/ldd on soalris machine ,i am getting 
following error:
/bin/ld unregonised options  '-M/usr/src/cmd/mapfile_noexstk'
could anyone help me to find out the solutions of the problem i think this is a 
problem related to linker which used some map files
