I just installed snv_56 and have a similar problem: We have several applications linked against S10 u2 SUNWopenssl-libraries, i.e. 0.9.7. Unfortunately at least snv_56 comes without 0.9.7 (also not sure, what purpose the bundled libssl_extra.so.0.9.7 has, since it needs the 0.9.7 libs).
Since SUNWopenssl-libraries from u3 conflicts with SUNWopenssl-libraries from svn_56 I would expect a package SUNWopenssl-libraries-compat or so, but can't find it. Or should I simply package the SUNWopenssl-libraries of u3 into a new package and install it on svn_56? Any hints? Thanx, jel. This message posted from opensolaris.org
