All of my tools are broken, and I can't even access phpMyAdmin or mysql on the
command line due to:
User 'jason' has exceeded the 'max_user_connections' resource (current value:
15)
This is odd since I've introduced no new tools and actually have had to shut
down several that stopped working with last month's changes. Is anyone else
seeing this?
