yes, the replag (that's the time-difference between the data at the toolserver 
and at the "Wikipedia-Server") is quite high at the moment and yes, that is 
not a good situation; but I can not change that, because I have already done 
all I could do and nothing can speed that more up (even a new server would not 
help) – we just have to wait until a new import of all data is complete (which 
will take until tomorrow or the day after AFAIS).
Please also note, that the toolserver is a free service (like the Wikipedia) 
and there is no guarantee that it is working fast or working at all – it is 
best effort.
