Fred,
I just put up a 600 ft beverage with 17 ga. fence wire after reading those reflector posts about beverages last month. It cost me less than $10 for the wire, and I am absolutely amazed by the performance. Everyone is perfectly right calling it a "magic antenna". That's on 160. You should hear it on 40..... Wow! 73 Trey KJ4FDV ________________________________ From: Mike Waters <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Thu, March 17, 2011 7:17:42 PM Subject: Re: Topband: beverage antennas On Thu, Mar 17, 2011 at 11:55 AM, Fred Bennett <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi all.. I have two bi-directional Beverages made from that stuff, which are described in detail at http://www.w0btu.com/Beverage_antennas.html. 73 Mike www.w0btu.com _______________________________________________ UR RST IS ... ... ..9 QSB QSB - hw?
