In my 40 years of DXing I have encountered my share of "clueless operators", even on Topband. I am reasonably certain most of them were not operating remotely. The recent decision by the ARRL should have laid to rest the question of remote operations and DXCC. I would respectfully suggest to Roger that it is time to move on. Steve Daniel, NN4T
