Hi Bob, It has been my experience that plasma TV's are usually quiet in the middle of the night. For instance, today my neighbors began getting up around 07:30L and the noise floor quickly increased. The buzz seems to be the worst between 1820 and 1830KHz . 73 Art NK8X
