The simple answer to that and it's been covered in this discussion several times. The word " station" is actually referring to the "person" not the location. For example. Who is the station calling? Meaning who is the person. Tom explained all this very well in one of his posts about the history of this change. At one time what you are interpreting was true, but not anymore.
