This sounds great. Is there a website we can see the details of this Yasme award? (The last time I read about the Yasme (a large ocean-going vessel!) was in old CQ magazines before I was licensed.)
If it weren't for Tom, I'm not even sure that I would have remained very active as a ham. In any case, I enjoy amateur radio much more thanks to all the things I've learned from him. He's provided the amateur community with a vast amount of useful information that is simply unavailable anywhere else, either in print or on the Web. *That's just as fact.* I just wish that I'd see some posts here again from him. :-) 73, Mike www.w0btu.com On Thu, Jun 2, 2016 at 6:13 PM, David Harmon <[email protected]> wrote: > Indeed! > Over several years of lurking Tom's website I have learned a LOT more than > I originally went there for.
