 50 years ago my neighbor would complain that his garage door was open every 
morning.  Never went up and down, just up.  The maintenance guys were crazy 
with calls.  I never knew about it until I was about ready to move and then it 
was summer and I wasn't on the air.  He commented that his garage was open and 
cold in the winter, but never in the summer.  Not sure what the technology was
