A 2-letter call VE call like that, unless picked up by one of his kids(unlikely), is apt to be reissued very fast, in about 365 days +/- to someone else. Call it "Jack/ZZ", "Nova Scotia Jack" "160m Jack", "LowBand Jack" or something.
