You can buy from a reliable seller in Germany.
I've been using them for years and replaced all uhf-connectors with
them. They are similar to N-plugs, have a rubber gasket and some sort of
metal 'hat' shaped part to clamp the braid. Very reliable, sort of
watertight.
Not sure about the chinese plugs.
