Condx from Arkansas were sub-prime. In propagation lingo that means it
sucked! But hey, that's life on 160....some days you have it, most days
you don't. Even though it was frustrating at times staying up for two
nights trying to dig out some very weak stations at my QTH there was
one nice side benefit.....I slept like a rock last night!!! :-))
Thanks for all the Q's and those who hung in there to work me.

Good job. Unfortunately the conditions from the West coast were the
worst in the last 10 years.
Funny band.

SOAPBOX: In my 36 years on TB, this was the best 160 weekend ever from
my
little pistol station! Worked 58 EU in 26 DXCC, 5 AF in 5 DXCC, and 6

5 DXCC. The band was so wide open, as the propagation shifted, I had a
difficult time holding a frequency with full legal limit! Many West
Coast
and EU sounded like locals.
EQUIPMENT: K3S in full diversity; AMP: ACOM 1500; TX ANTENNA: Inv-L, 62

Thanks for all the Qs.
