Topband: WWDXC Top Band Anthology Question

Quick question: Was there more than 1 volume of the Western Washington 
DX Club's

Top Band Anthology (1998) published? I don't see much mention of this 
anthology on the interwebs.

Volume One was/is good reading. I was sorting my shack library, and got 
to wondering if there were any more.
