One of the things I really look forward to during the winter and low sunspots are the morning openings to EU that we sometimes get here in the Pacific Northwest. I worked my first two QSOs during the Stew Perry last month - but it has been quiet since until a few days ago.
I have now worked at least 3 EU each morning for three mornings now. The opening seems to be best about an hour before sunrise (which is typical). As we get closer to the dead of winter - perhaps this opening will improve. 73 Tree N6TR/7 Manning, Oregon _________________ Searchable Archives: http://www.contesting.com/_topband - Topband Reflector
