Thank you everyone who replied. The consensus was that sloping ground will not matter much. I was discussing with Tree that I may have the opportunity to put up a similar, same direction, but temporary Beverage on the opposite side of the hill which slopes in the opposite direction to compare. The A-B comparison would be interesting.
