Genuine High quality Amphenol connectors are in the $10 + range. Ugh. I have
been purchasing my connectors from the Wireman for $3 each plus another buck if
you buy and RG58, RG59 or RG174 reducers. So far I have not had any issues and
they are easy to solder. I found some $2 connectors at a ham fest vendors ...
insulator melted ... wouldn't take solder ...
