GE Andy,
J51A was pretty quiet to my location in Florida until 1955 local (0055 UTC on
the 25th), when your signal went from R-2 suddenly to R-5, and I mean suddenly;
your signal literally popped out of the QRN during your CQ (I was using a
Kenwood TS-590SG). I worked you on the first call, and the QRM from a passing
train (typical great timing) meant I didn't hear your first reply, but I got
the second reply. Very good signals all around.
