I was never a "big guy" but I sure dreamed of it.
I put in a bid on the old CFNB AM radio station property which had gone derelict after the station QRTd but the 2 towers (~310' each - phased?) were relatively new. (At one time it's 50kW could be heard far and wide and was one of the biggest signals on the East Coast. I never (nor did anyone elese) did have their bid accepted and the towers were eventually felled and sold as scrap metal. Sad ! I had dreams of big signal, but alas, it was not meant to be,.
