Hi Tim,

you can copy the .jar files into your plugin (typically into a lib  
folder there) and then make sure they are added both to the plugin  
project class path and the ClassPath which you specify on the Runtime  
page of the plugin.xml editor. For distribution of the plugin, also  
make sure they are in the Binary Build settings of the Build tab on  
the plugin.xml. Let me know if this does not work.
