Dear Scott,
OS of my computer is Windows XP and TopBraid composer is 2.60 version.
The problem of error message is solved.
However, empty display of google maps is still a problem.

Preferences -> Topbraid Composer -> Geography for the URL to create a Gpoogle maps API key.
