James; Since copying a resource usually means copying all properties associated with resources, you will need to clone then move. The cloning will give you a different resource name, normally <name>_x where x is the number of clones, but all of the properties, such as rdfs:label will be copied to the clone. Then the clone can be moved and renamed, if desired.
