Yes this is also possible. One solution is to use the Triples View: Make sure that you have a file that imports the source and the target models. Then drag and drop the rdf:type triples of those classes that you want to move. This will also move all "depending" triples, e.g. superclass axioms. The help page on the Triples view and the page on moving resources between files have some details and other tips. Another alternative is to use drag and drop from the Classes View onto the target file in the Navigator. In this latter approach you have less control over what's happening.
