And to add what Irene is saying :) you could use drag and drop to add  
all classes/instances to the graph - this will also add all  
connections. So for example, select rdfs:Resource and make the  
Instances View display indirect instances. Then select all instances  
(CTRL-a) and drag them into the graph area.
