Jody; I'm not sure I understand the context of the questions. Are you
responding to a post or... ?

Anticipating possible answers, TopBraid Ensemble is a FLEX-based
application that interfaces with TopBraid Live. The Introduction to
TopBraid Suite videos at
http://www.topquadrant.com/topbraid/composer/videos.html
show how Ensemble interfaces with a localhost version of TBC-ME. The
current version of Ensemble is a FLEX application example that is
available by request. The "matrix" refers to the Results Tab.

Although it will be possible to develop apps using a FLEX editor, a
primary objective of TopBraid Suite 3.0 is to design toolkits so that
developers do not need to go down to the level of FLEX to deploy
semantic applications. An application assembly toolkit that supports
multiple levels of enhancements using the FLEX API is currently under
development and will be available for beta testing in the near
future.

Again, anticipating answers to the question (correct me if I have the
context incorrect):
 - No FLEX editor will be necessary to create Semantic Web apps
 - The FLEX API will be released in a future beta version of TopBraid
Suite 3.0
 - matrix and other components will be available in the assembly
toolkit in a future beta version of TopBraid Suite 3.0
