Paul; I haven't been able to reproduce this. Could it be the same issue as the previous post - i.e. not saving the namespace change? Or is it the case that the pasted text does not show up at all? Does the problem only occur on the Default Namespace text box or in other places?
There has been problems in the past with Eclipse losing the ability to copy/paste. The known solution was to re-start Composer.
