Joe;  For the "containing more than one ontology" message, just click
on the red button and click "Yes".  Composer is detecting an extra
owl:Ontology statement and will remove it automatically.

For not being able to save to Oracle 11G, there are a number of
variables.  The first being the usual - platform and version of
Composer.  Another being Oracle setup - sometimes there are problems
with access control.

Take a look at your Error Log (Window -> Show View -> Error Log) and
Console after trying a write.  There may be some hints there.
