There is such list - although it is not strictly limited to OWL, RDFS
- focussed primarily on "Ontology Design Patterns", at
http://ontologydesignpatterns.org/wiki/Main_Page
. It is sponsored by the NeOn Project and is a fairly new list, so
there is not a lot of activity so far, but it's worth a look.
