Are there plans to include collaborative features in TBC 3.0?

The tools that I'm looking at to derive these features are
Collaborative Protégé and Knoodl. These include workflow and role
support to the ontology development cycle. Protégé’s implementation
is nice for the ontology-savvy because the discussion and workflow
occurs in the full editing environment and allows the editor role to
easily make changes at the rdf/owl level. The difficulty I see is
that SMEs and general users of the ontology-based systems will not
want/have time to learn the Protégé interface with full complexity.
They have a web interface, WebProtégé, I'm not really familiar with
its capabilities. Knoodl on the other hand provides a flexible wiki
environment that is directly annotating the owl resources and where
discussions, explanations and background textual information are nice
for the user. But it seems more difficult to edit and would certainly
lack the full range of support that I'm becoming accustomed to in TBC.

I see TQ in a unique position to add these features through TBLive and
provide collaboration through the TBC interface, but also have a
configurable web interface to give tailored views to SME to work
through the collaborative process.

What, if any, are the plans in this area?
