Tim, Let me preface this with "I have not tried this myself," but I reckon you would have access to AllegroGraph's SNA functionality in TBC when using AllegroGraph as a triplestore, as TBC allows you to use AllegroGraph's native SPARQL query engine, which gives you access to their SNA functionality.
SNA metric queries in SPARQL would be very straightforward (Complexity?). Here are some links for SNA using SPARQL General overview and discussion of issues and approaches http://ftp.informatik.rwth-aachen.de/Publications/CEUR-WS/Vol-405/paper5.pdf This link contains an example of Betweenness Centrality calculation in Sparql http://sdow2008.semanticweb.org/pub/slides/SDoW2008-slides-A-state-of-the-art-on-Social-Network-Analysis-and-its-applications-on-a-semantic-web.pdf Arthur On Mar 25, 2009, at 9:35 AM, Tim Darr wrote: > > Does anyone know of any SNA capability that can work within TopBraid? > I am referring to things like social network metric calculations. > > -Thanks- > > > --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TopBraid Composer Users" group.
