Steve;  This is highly dependent on the query and the ontology it is
applied to.  The specific issue seems to be with the Query Library,
right?  What exactly do you mean by "corrupted"?  For example, is it a
matter of namespace differences?  Some examples would be helpful.

The query will appear as an instance of sparql:Query if you double-
click on the entry in Query Library.  To delete a query, remove the
instance.

Also if you could let us know the version of Composer and any specific
error messages (Windows > Show View > Error Log), it may help us get
to the bottom of the problem quicker.
