Ok, just added for the next build is the property function tops:files,  
e.g.

SELECT ?path
WHERE {
        ?path tops:files ("/TBC/Examples" true)
}

will bind ?path with all files in the Examples folder of the TBC  
project, recursively.

This will be in the next release (definitely before SemTech, i.e. mid  
June).
