It appears the tutorial is out-of-synch with some recent changes in
syntax where "servlet" has been replaced by "actions".  We'll get the
tutorial fixed today.  For your example, use the following URL:

http://localhost:8083/tbl/actions?action=sparqlmotion&id=ReturnCapita...
