The "Call web service" in the blog refers to a SPARQLMotion module. Use the 'download' link to download GeoNamesPostalCode.n3, open in Composer and Choose Scripts > Edit SPARQLMotion scripts... to view the script module as shown
To open .nt, .rdf, .rdfs, .owl, and .n3 files, place the file in the Composer workspace and open the file.
