Excellent.  This works fine now.  For the archives, here is my final
sparql query that gives a comma delimited string of all list members
for a given parent class:

PREFIX list: <http://jena.hpl.hp.com/ARQ/list#>
SELECT *
WHERE {
?subject rdfs:domain ?parentClass .
?subject rdfs:range ?object .
?object a owl:DataRange .
?object owl:oneOf ?list .
LET (?listStr := smf:buildStringFromRDFList(?list, "{?member}, "))
}
