Cool. I take this to mean that installing ME over a current SE and  
then applying the ME license key works just fine.

Scott, as a sidenote: I'm a CTO for a mid size technology firm and  
TopQuadrant should be very proud to have talent like you in support. I  
know it can be a thankless role so I thought I should say something.  
Great job and people do buy based on quality support.
