I read the question a bit more carefully. I assumed you already had a script and were running SPIN inferences as part of it, then saving them would be as simple as just saying next and then one of export modules.
If you do not have a script already, then you need to create one. Instead of running SPIN inside TBC, just use ApplyTopSPIN module in the script. It will execute all rules stored using spin:rule predicate. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Irene Polikoff Sent: Wednesday, June 24, 2009 12:57 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [tbc-users] Re: Asserting Infered Triples Hi Joe, When I do this in SPARQLMotion, I use one of the export modules. Either to a file or write to a database. We are starting with approximatelty 1.6 million triples and are adding approximately 3x1.6 million triples inference with the inference engine. We are doing all of this using the TopSPIN inference engine. We now need to assert these triples to the model before we persist them. Is there a simple mechanism to perform this operation? We are examining using SPARQLMOTION to assert the inferences but do not know how to idetify the entire set of infered triples currently in memory. We are open to non sparql motion solutions as well.
