Hi Shane,

yes. When you save inferences from the menu, they will be written into  
a file ending with .owlinf. These are just plain RDF/XML files though,  
and you can rename them to end with .rdf or .owl and then treat them  
like any other file in your workspace. You can for example import them  
into another file using the Imports view.
