Leo, Can you explain what do you see as missing functionality warranting an add-on?
We already have the following: 1. Modularity through support of named graphs and imports 2. SPIN http://www.topquadrant.com/products/SPIN.html as a way to not only do mappings, but also transformations (this includes potential SPIN support for the rules profile of OWL2) 3. Ability to configure and combine the use of other (non SPIN) rule engines and DL inferencers, if needed 4. In Composer, open one file and use the Imports tab to import the other (or open a new file and import both). From there SPARQL CONSTRUCT can be used to query and align the ontologies.
